CANCELLATION POLICY

•DEPOSITS/BOOKING•

MUST BE 18+ TO BOOK

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your total cost of your service.

 There are NO REFUNDS for any of the procedures performed.

•PAYMENTS•

CASH, ZELLE or VENMO are preferred. 

TIPS are greatly appreciated, thank you! 

Pricing subject to change at any time. 

•LATE/RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION•

Your appointments and well-being are very important. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. Please be considerate of everyone’s time!

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I will try my best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee depending on the service/schedule for that day.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 48 hours notice is required.

 

 

Any rescheduling made less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee. That fee will be your deposit. You will be required to put a new deposit down for a future appointment. One reschedule is allowed, any further will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 Canceling appointments entirely will also forfeit your deposit as they are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

•NO CALL, NO SHOW•

No call, no show will automatically forfeit your deposit.
